Mera Halwai is a discovery and booking platform for caterers, hotels, banquet venues, and related event service flows. We help customers submit booking requests, compare options, and complete booking-related payment and coordination steps.

2. User Accounts

1. You must provide accurate information while creating an account or placing a booking.
2. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. You must keep your login credentials secure.

3. Booking Flow

1. A booking request is not confirmed until the vendor confirms availability.
2. Displayed package prices, add-ons, and menu structures are subject to vendor confirmation and platform logic.
3. Customers must review event details, guest count, menu choices, and billing summary before paying.

4. Payment Terms

1. The platform may collect an advance payment as part of booking confirmation.
2. Balance payment terms may be completed directly with the vendor depending on the event workflow.
3. Payment processing may involve third-party gateways and banking timelines.

5. Vendor and Platform Responsibility

1. Vendors are responsible for service execution, food quality, staffing, timing, and on-ground delivery.
2. The platform is responsible for facilitating booking flow, communication, and supported platform services.
3. The platform may suspend or remove vendors or users who misuse the service.

6. Prohibited Use

1. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
2. You may not upload false, harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
3. You may not use the service in violation of applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mera Halwai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or vendor-side service failures beyond the platform’s direct operational control.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
